Client Accounts & Appointment Booking

You may browse parts of the Site without creating an account.
To book a one-on-one appointment, you must create an account through our booking system (e.g., JaneApp).

Personal and medical information collected during appointments is stored securely and in accordance with PIPEDA. Nutriviva keeps this information only as long as needed to fulfill your nutrition-related services or satisfy legal requirements.

We take confidentiality seriously, though communication by email, text, phone, or other online platforms may involve inherent security limitations.


Method of Payment

Payments for services delivered by Nutriviva may be made by:

  • E-transfer, or
  • Cheque

No credit card information is collected or stored by Nutriviva.


Legal Requirements

Nutriviva may disclose your personal information when required by law—for example, in response to valid government, court, or law enforcement requests, or to investigate fraud or breaches of an agreement.
